I’ve walked the Frances and just recently completed the Portuguese Coastal. To be honest, both will take you to a breakdown phase, building back phase, self-awareness phase. Allow yourself to experience each phase, learn from each phase and set a plan on how to live simply, with no extra baggage. Stop to enjoy the scenery, listen to your fellow Peregrino’s, taste the different foods, good or bad enjoy the different smells. Enjoy YOUR journey.
